Pizzazz Vendor Application Form

All accepted vendors will be charged a booth fee based upon the size of their confirmed booth space and will donate 15% of all sales generated through Pizzazz in the form of a check paid to GCAC before departing on Friday, October 18, 2024. Specified number of tables per space, chairs, linens and basic electricity will be provided and specified in the Vendor Agreement. This document is an application, and not a contract. The Garden Club of Allegheny County has the right to decide which applications to accept and will consider applicants based on uniqueness, diversity of merchandise and how they best fit into the layout of our space. You will be notified by email of the decision of the Vendor Selection Committee concerning your application. Please submit application no later than March 31, 2024. Booth Sizes:
Niche: Single 8’ table $400
Single Booth: approx. 10’ x 10’, two tables $550
Double Booth: approx. 10’ x 15’, three tables $750
Triple Booth: approx. 10’ x 20’, four tables $950
Quad Booth: approx. 10’ x 25’, five tables $1150
* Booth sizes are requested, but not guaranteed and will be assigned based on when the agreement is confirmed. GCAC reserves the right to charge for additional square footage used in excess of assigned space.
