All accepted vendors will be charged a booth fee based upon the size of their confirmed booth space and will donate 15% of all sales generated through Pizzazz in the form of a check paid to GCAC or credit card before departing on Friday, October 23, 2026.  A certain number of tables per space, chairs, linens and basic electricity will be provided and specified in the Vendor Contract.  This document is an application, and not the contract.  The Garden Club of Allegheny County has the right to decide which applications to accept and will consider applicants based on uniqueness, diversity of merchandise and how they best fit into the layout of our space.  You will be notified by email of the decision of the Vendor Selection Committee concerning your application.  Please submit applications no later than April 15, 2026.  If you need to contact us, please use this email pizzazzvendorchair@gmail.com.

Booth Sizes:

Niche Booth:  approx. 8’x10’ (50-80 sq ft), two tables $400  
Single Booth:  approx. 10’x10’ (100 sq ft), two tables      $550
Double Booth: approx. 10’x15’ (150 sq ft), three tables  $750
Triple Booth:  approx. 10’x20’ (200 sq ft), four tables    $950 
Quad Booth: approx. 10’x25’ (250 sq ft), five tables $1150

*   Booth sizes are requested, but not guaranteed and will be assigned based on when the contract is confirmed.  GCAC reserves the right to charge for additional square footage used in excess of assigned space.
